Welcome to Our Terms and Conditions

Please go through these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the writingspear.com website (the “Service”) operated by Writing Spear (“us”, “we” or “our”). These Terms serve as legally binding contract between Writing Spear and the Buyer. Your access and continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These terms apply to all users and visitors who use or access the Service. These terms are effective as of February, 2017. Writing Spear reserves the sole discretion to modify these terms at any time, without any prior notice to the users of the Service. Users are urged to frequently visit this page and keep themselves up-to-date with any changes to these terms. If you disagree with these terms, or any part thereof, please discontinue your use of the Service. If you intend to buy any service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you will be asked to give out certain information relevant to your Purchase, including but not limited to, your name, email address and credit card information.

Definitions

As used throughout these Terms and writingspear.com, “Buyer” means any user that purchases our writing services. “Intellectual Property Rights” means all copyright rights, patent rights, trademarks, rights of publicity, goodwill, service mark rights and any other intellectual property rights that are currently in existence or that may hereafter come into existence, and all such applications, registrations, renewals and extensions made under the law of any country, state, territory or any other such jurisdiction. “Order” means any request submitted by a Buyer to Writing Spear seeking to satisfy the Buyer’s intention to obtain content. “Submission” means any work product developed by Writing Spear for the Buyer. “User” means any person who makes use of the Service on his own behalf or on behalf of a company or organization.

Using writingspear.com

Writing Spear requires that all users follow all the policies detailed in the Terms and Conditions. Writing Spear makes the Service available to individuals or entities seeking to obtain and pay for well written content. The Buyer can do the following, among other things: Post orders, define terms associated with the order, make revision requests and pay Writing Spears for submissions.

Intellectual Property of the Order

Writing Spear automatically and irrevocably transfers all the rights, titles and worldwide interest in and to such Intellectual property Rights of the content to the Buyer upon the Buyer’s (i) approval of the submission; and (ii) completion of payment for the submission.

Deadlines for Buyer to receive content

Content purchased by the Buyer will be delivered to the Buyer within the stipulated deadline, commencing the following day after the Buyer made a successful Purchase. Weekends and major holidays are not regarded as working days.

Deadlines for Buyer to review content

Upon receipt of the a Submission delivered by Writing Spear, the Buyer shall have three (3) working days to review the content and request for revisions, which shall be delivered within forty eight (48) hours of making the request.

Revisions and Refund Policy

Writingspear.com works on a pay-per-order basis. Basically, you have to pay first for the order to be processed.

WritingSpear has a 3-day auto-acceptance policy. You have three days (72 hours) to take action on an article once it has been submitted to you. The 72 hours includes weekends, so an article delivered on Thursday will be auto-accepted on Sunday. If you do not take action on an article after 72 hours, the article will automatically be accepted. There are no refunds available for accepted articles.

You may refuse an article after one revision request has been sent to the author. Our Quality Assurance reviews all refusals. Valid refusals are based on the quality level at which you ordered and the original instructions provided to the author.

If you no longer need the article, please e-mail us when you refuse the article so that we can delete the order quickly. All decisions made by WritingSpear regarding refusals are final.

The client is responsible for managing orders.

Requests for a refund must be made in writing to us and received within 48 hours after delivery. When a refund is issued, you must agree, in writing, that you will not use the articles for which you have received a refund for any reason whatsoever and that you will delete all files containing the article or that were given to you by us which are related to the article. This is subject to all vendor copyright laws.
